My name is Peter and I am a runner myself and I have always been struggling with injuries. Since I started practicing yoga, I've been able to train more and without being forced to take breaks due to injuries and it has helped me become a better, faster, stronger and happier runner.


I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer, yoga instructor and running coach for more than 20 years and I am putting all my experience, knowledge, and passion for running and yoga into this new Run Strong Yoga app.


I have created a big workout library, many different programs, challenges, e-books, community, blog and other resources for runners to choose from. And more workouts and programs will be added every month. The Run Strong Yoga app is designed to help you succeed.
