The Live Dig™

What if the voice you've been searching for is your own?

Most of us spend our lives responding to expectations, responsibilities, habits, and routines until it becomes difficult to hear ourselves beneath the noise.

The Live Dig™ begins there.

It isn't about fixing yourself. It isn't about becoming someone new. It's about creating the space to hear what has become difficult to hear beneath the stories, expectations, and assumptions you've accumulated over a lifetime.

The Live Dig doesn't tell you who you are. It creates the conditions for you to discover that for yourself.

Rather than offering advice, the Live Dig invites you into a process of curiosity, reflection, and exploration. Every Dig helps you notice the stories, patterns, and assumptions that quietly influence how you move through the world.

Why "Dig"? Archaeologists don't create history—they uncover it. Layer by layer, they brush away what has accumulated until something meaningful emerges. The Live Dig follows that same philosophy—gently uncovering what has been hidden beneath the layers.

Some of what you uncover will feel familiar. Some may surprise you. The Dig doesn't tell you what you'll find. It invites you to keep uncovering, one layer at a time, until what matters most becomes easier to hear.

At the heart of the app are guided Digs. Each Dig unfolds through four layers:
• A thoughtful question that invites curiosity
• A guided exploration through journaling
• A real-world experience that carries the Dig into everyday life
• A final reflection that integrates what you've discovered

Digs are organized into four areas:
• Mental Body
• Emotional Body
• Physical Body
• Energy Body

No right answers. No grades. No pressure to perform. As you participate, you'll earn XP—a reflection of your engagement and willingness to keep digging.

Tools that deepen the experience:
• A flexible journal for text, photos, and audio
• Daily Wisdom with curated insights and your own meaningful quotes
• Mind-Expanding Experiences, including guided meditations
• Murmuration, a thoughtful community for meaningful questions and shared discoveries

The Live Dig isn't a course to complete, another habit to keep, or another version of yourself to chase. It's a place to pause. To become curious. To notice what has been there all along.

One question. One experience. One reflection. One layer at a time. Your excavation begins whenever you're ready.
