Who is THE NEURO PT?

I founded THE NEURO PT in 2022 when I was working as a support worker in neurorehabilitation. I have been exposed to brain damage from a young age as I lost my dad to a brain tumour when I was 8 and then went on to lose my mum to a brain tumour when I was 17. This built a big passion for understand the brain as I went on to do a Cognitive Neuroscience MSc. I have a big passion for fitness and so put the two together to create THE NEURO PT. My mission with the App is to make high-quality fitness programs available to everyone who has suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury or has a neurological condition as currently, fitness programs are not accessible or tailored to you guys.
