Classes range from 10 minute express sessions to 40 minute full body flows, giving you flexibility to move in a way that fits your day and energy.

You will also find a small but powerful selection of mat Pilates classes inspired by reformer movement, using small props such as bands, circles and balls. Perfect for when you are travelling or away from your reformer.
