How It Works
Once you have received a referral for Genie Health from your healthcare provider, we will send you a postcard with a QR code. Using your phone, you will need to scan the QR Code. Once scanned, the code takes you to one of our webpages where you will be able to schedule your onboarding appointment. Our onboarding specialist will walk you through how to use the app. Your virtual physical therapy visit or customized home exercise program within the App will guide you through your exercises anytime and from anywhere. You can video chat with one of our providers upon request and receive concierge level care that helps you accelerate your recovery.
