考えを整理するシンプルなアプリです。例えば以下のような状況で、このアプリを使うと効果を発揮します。

・何か問題が発生したけど根本的な原因がわからない
・何か新しいモノを作るときに良いアイデアが浮かばない
・なんかよくわからないけど心がモヤモヤする
・気持ちが沈んでしまって何もできない

このアプリは、「なぜなぜ分析」「ゼロ秒思考」という言葉を聞いたことがあれば、わかりやすいかもしれません。やる事はまさに「なぜなぜ分析」「ゼロ秒思考」といったものに近いです。

簡単に説明しますと、何かしら解決したい事柄、考えたい事があったら、それを質問として登録。その質問に対して、自分でどんどん回答していくだけです。

そして、回答した内容が、次の質問になる事も多く、それを新たな質問としてまた回答していきます。こんな事を繰り返していくと、最初の質問に対して、どんどん深堀りをしていくことになり、いずれ答えにたどり着く。こういった考えを進める流れとなります。

言ってしまえば、自問自答するだけなのですが、これがとても効果を発揮します！アプリを使って目に見える文章として言語化されるのが重要なのです。頭の中で考えるだけではなく、あえて、言葉で見える状態にする事で、色々な気づきを得る事ができるでしょう。

そして、これは単に、質問としていた問題解決にとどまらず、今まで知らないふりをし続けていた自分の悪い癖や習慣を改善できるきっかけになり、あなたの生活そのものを変える可能性を秘めたものになります。

このアプリ自体はとてもシンプルですが、きっと、あなたを良い方向に導いてくれると思います。

また、こういった思考整理は、紙ベースで行う事もできるでしょう。ですが、このアプリを使う事によって、場所や時間を選ばず、かつ、ちょっとしたスキマ時間でサクッとできるようになります。
