Threkka is designed to integrate with Apple Health and HealthKit, technologies developed by Apple that have been a standard feature in iOS since iOS 8. Threkka reads workout data saved into HealthKit by other apps and wearable devices. Threkka does not track activity by itself. If you are not already comfortable with using other apps and wearables to log your movement and exercise data into HealthKit, then please do not download Threkka until you are – as Threkka won't be able to do what Threkka is designed to do. Cool?

HARD PLAY PAYS OFF

Build and Customise: Plunge into the fitness multiverse to rebuild and revitalise the Gym Between, a once-celebrated health-and-fitness hotspot in the parallel realm of Liminalia. As you progress, expand its facilities, beat workout challenges, and unlock enchanting new fitness equipment that blends magic with muscle.

Earn Sweat: To train your Champs in the Gym Between, you need Sweat. The only way to get Sweat? Bring your Liminalian buddies over to the real world, and take them along as you work out. Could be a run, a gym sesh, pilates, even a fellow fitness game; we don't care HOW you move. We just care THAT you move.

Grow with the Champs: Each Champ – a misunderstood baddie from mythology or pop culture – needs your help to overcome personal challenges. Train with characters like Humbert the thespian Minotaur, Kaiya the cursed-not-cursed Yurei, and Wally the wannabe-influencer Windigo. Watch as they grow stronger and conquer their fears. And who knows? As you cement healthy new exercise habits, something similar might happen for you, too.

Discover the Spirit of Þrekka: based on the old Norse word 'þrek' – pronounced 'threk', and meaning 'stamina' or 'endurance' – the Spirit of Þrekka is all about keeping on keeping on. We've designed Threkka to help you find your own þrekka, and to benefit from forging lifelong healthy habits!

Powered By fitOS: you're controlling a parallel-universe version of you, on your actual real iPhone. And your other you also has their own mobile, running fitOS. Use it to get stats on your Champs, track Gophers, even make inter-dimensional PhaseTime calls.

Dragon Drop: as a human that's found unexpectedly found themselves somewhere in the fitness multiverse, you bring with you the legendary power of Dragon Drop. Sounds a bit like 'drag and drop', no? That's because the whole way you interface with Threkka is based on tapping, swiping, and dragging and dropping things on top (or off) of other things. We hope you'll find it as intuitive as it is powerful.
