ThriftWise: Value Scanner

Know what a thrifted piece is worth before you buy it. Snap a find on the rack and ThriftWise shows the brand, what it cost new and an estimated resale value, all in one calm view.

Keep it, wear it or flip it. Your finds, your sales and your color season live in one place.

Scan a find
• Photograph a garment, its brand tag and care label
• Get the brand, category, materials, condition notes and care guidance
• See estimated retail and resale value, with the reasoning behind the price
• Add what you paid to see what you saved versus buying new
• Check live listings for similar pieces and judge the market yourself
• Review and correct any detail before you save it

Two ways to read a find
Choose the reseller view for value, pricing and the live market, or the thrifter view for materials, styling and the story behind a piece. Switch anytime in Settings.

Find your color season
• Take a quick selfie in daylight for a twelve-season color reading, or pick the season you've already been told
• Get a swatch book of the shades that suit you
• See which of your finds fit your palette
• Your photo is read, then discarded. We keep only your colors, and a private copy stays on your phone

Mark it sold, see your flips
• Record what a find sold for and where
• Home shows what your sales made over what you paid, and your biggest flip
• Prefer to keep your finds? See how much you've saved versus buying new

Draft a listing
• Turn a find into a listing draft with a title, description and asking price
• Edit it, then copy it or hand it off to a supported marketplace app

My finds
• Every scan saved with its photos and details, in a grid or a list
• Favorite the standouts and import several photos at once
• Your finds and wishlist sync across your signed-in devices

Wishlist
• Save the pieces you're hunting for, with a photo
• Tick them off when you find them

Virtual try-on
• Add a photo of yourself to preview a find on you
• Generated images are illustrative and may not perfectly represent fit, size or appearance

Thrift stores near you
• Find nearby thrift, vintage and consignment stores on a map
• See distance, whether they are open now, and ratings
• Uses optional location access while the app is open

Privacy and control
• Clothing, try-on and color-reading photos are sent securely to cloud and third-party AI service providers only to provide the features you request
• Advertising attribution and measurement follow your iOS tracking choice
• Delete your account from Settings at any time

ThriftWise needs an active auto-renewing subscription, purchased in the app, to scan finds, get value estimates and draft listings. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your plan
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings
• Any unused part of an introductory trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
