Recovery measured as a path, not a counter: recovery days, difficult days, the current chapter, urges navigated, times you reached out. Milestones with their stories and a weekly recap in plain sentences. A hard day never erases the work before it.
COACH
A companion that opens with what it knows about your week, offers five ways to talk (listen, plan tonight, practice, prepare for your sponsor, weekly review) and says its limits plainly. Not a therapist. Crisis language opens real help without a model in the loop.
