ThunDroid AI is your personal intelligence. It is an AI companion for feelings and ordinary days: talk when you need someone, write when you need to see a pattern, and breathe when your body is ahead of you.

TALK Speak in Live Voice, or type. ThunDroid draws on CBT, DBT, and ACT, three approaches used in therapy, and stays with what you have already said. It is a companion for the moments between sessions. It does not replace a clinician.

JOURNAL Fifteen guided templates, including a CBT thought record, a DBT diary card, gratitude, sleep, and goals, plus mood, streaks, and history. Journal entries are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM.

BREATHE Thirteen guided techniques, including cyclic sighing, the exercise a Stanford study found reduced anxiety faster than mindfulness meditation, plus box breathing, 4-7-8, resonance, alternate nostril, and the Wim Hof method. Visual guides and haptic cues. Breathing works offline.

PRIVACY Chat is sent over a secure connection to ThunDroid’s servers so the companion can respond. Your journal is different: it stays on your device, protected with AES-256-GCM. ThunDroid does not sell your journal or your conversations.
