Tilt is a party game built on one gesture. Hold the phone to your forehead so everyone else can see the word. They shout clues. You tilt the phone down for "got it" or back up for "pass". That is the whole control scheme, and it takes about four seconds to teach someone.

THREE WAYS TO PLAY

Quick Play. Pick a pack, hand the phone over, go. Three taps from opening the app.

Match. Two or more teams, timed rounds, and the phone rotates automatically. Play first to a score, or a fixed number of rounds each.

Rooms. Everyone plays from their own phone or laptop, wherever they are. One person creates a room and shares the code, and the rest join in a browser with no download and no account. Two online modes: Classic, where the room gives clues to one guesser, and Speed Race, where one person describes while everyone else races to type the answer first.

WHAT IT COSTS

Nothing. No ads, no subscription, no locked packs, and no account needed to play.

One thing is optional and costs a dollar: the AI pack generator. Type any theme, from "90s cartoons" to "things my nan says", and it writes you a 50 word charades pack in seconds. The dollar covers what the AI costs to run. Skip it and you lose nothing.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is it actually free?
Yes. All 62 packs, both offline modes, and online Rooms. The only purchase in the app is the optional $1 AI pack generator.

Do I need an account?
No. Open it and play. Signing in is optional and only exists to sync your custom packs between devices.

Does it work without internet?
Quick Play and Match run fully offline. Only Rooms and the AI generator need a connection.

Can we play if we are not in the same room?
Yes, that is Rooms. Share a code, everyone joins from their own device, and you bring your own voice chat.

Is it alright for kids?
Turn on the family filter and the adult pack disappears. What is left suits the whole room.

How many players do you need?
Two works. Four or more is better. There is no upper limit worth worrying about.

What makes it different from other charades apps?
Every pack is free, there are no ads, and nothing is locked. Most of the genre puts its best packs behind a purchase.
