Stock you can trust today
Live stock by size, product and yard. A stock statement sets the position and every receipt, adjustment and dispatch moves it. Opening stock comes in from Excel on day one.

Orders, not memory
Orders by dimension or by volume, in the customer's units, with a queue that shows what is ready, in production and overdue. Loading picks lines straight from the order.

Nothing leaves without a challan
A loading batch becomes a challan, and the gate scans it before the truck moves. Part deliveries are tracked against the order.

The store
Blades, belts, oil and consumables on a ledger: request on the phone, approve and issue in the office.

Receiving at the gate
Scan every log or piece off the truck against the supplier's list, with the phone camera as the barcode reader. Tally, non-tally and never-arrived are known per truck.

If you saw
Purchase figures come up from the scan and the mill enters its own; variation is booked per log, per machine, per grade, and recovery is measured, not guessed. The office can send an order line to a mill, and the operator logs what was made each day.
