ざっくり言えば仕事、娯楽、家事など1日のToDoを全て洗い出し、それをカレンダーに落とこむだけのシンプルなテクニックなので、最初は予定に縛られて自由がなくなりそうで嫌だな、と思っていたのですが、この後なにしようか、と迷ってる時間が無くなったことで驚くほど集中でき、実践してから1週間で生産性が上がったことを実感できました。
実際、私は本業をしながらタイムボクシングで仕事と家事を効率化し、余った時間の副業でこのアプリ作っています。
もしあなたが「余裕がない！」「時間が欲しい！」と感じているであればこのアプリをインストールしてみてください。必ずお役に立てるはずです。
