Track sales and commission activity

The Sales tab answers three everyday questions: What commission is pending? What has been earned but not received? What was paid this month?

- Record a sale with a reference, date, resort or description, eligible amount, and notes
- Calculate commission by percentage or enter a fixed commission amount
- Start a sale as Pending or mark it Earned
- Review separate Pending, Unpaid, and Received This Month totals for each currency
- Search by reference, alias, or resort, then filter by payment status
- Record partial payments without losing the remaining balance
- Correct differences with dated adjustments and payment reversals
- See an overpaid balance clearly instead of hiding a negative amount

Commission balances come from dated ledger activity. The original earned entry remains part of the record, making split payments, chargebacks, and payday questions easier to reconcile.

Relevant saved calculations offer a Create Sale shortcut. Timeshare+ can prefill an appropriate amount, but you review the commission basis before saving. A calculation never becomes a sale automatically.

Review history and trends

- Search saved calculations by calculator, category, result, or note
- Open complete inputs, results, date, currency, notes, and chart
- Explore latest values, averages, ranges, and sample counts in Stats
- Follow changes over time and compare related inputs and results
- Scroll through longer chart histories while currencies remain separate

Keep control of your records

- Export calculations, sales, or commission activity to CSV
- Create or restore a JSON backup of calculations and sales while exact duplicates are skipped
- Review the total record count and counts by record type
- Import or export up to 10,000 records per operation

Free access includes a limited number of successful calculations and up to 10 saved sales. Payments and adjustments remain available for existing sales. Timeshare+ Pro unlocks unlimited calculations and additional sales through a monthly plan or lifetime purchase. Eligible customers who bought an earlier paid version retain Pro access after App Store verification.
