What are the 60 [HOURS] that are already on my account?
This is an initial amount available to you to begin exchanging benefits and / or items with other community volunteers.

How to provide a service to a friend?
Invite him to join the community, uploading the same "APP", and explain to him that you accept in exchange for your performance the agreed [HOURS] that he will pass on to you.



How to get a service from a volunteer friend?
Invite him to join the community by uploading the same "APP" and explain to him that you will pay him the [HOURS] you accepted for his performance.

Is it possible to acquire or sell objects?
YES, but always using only [HOURS] for exchanges.
Any exchange agreement remains legal, but, as a guideline, you can calculates the value in [HOURS] of the object, dividing its value in local currency by the local hourly cost of a worker hour (in Europe, for example, 1 HOUR equals 10 €)


First example: if you think your used washing machine is still worth € 50, then you can think about selling it for 5 [HOURS]

Second example: you make fresh pasta for a friend, buying € 2 of ingredients and
working for an hour. Give it all up for 1.2 [HOURS].

How do you go about concluding a deal with someone?
Agree with whoever contacts you or whoever you contact, both in person and via "social" channels

- use the "Send HOURS" button,
- fill in "value" and "Reason",
- click "Submit" and "Confirm"
- check the code to copy it to the clipboard,
- send the copied code via "Social" to your correspondent

What happens if I run out of [HOURS] on my account?
Even if you have not had the opportunity to receive any for your performance in the month, the [HOURS] you have spent at the end of the month are automatically reintegrated up to a maximum of 60 [HOURS]



I had more than 60 [HOURS] in my account and, at the beginning of the month, I noticed a small reduction, why?
From the account of all participants in the community, the amount exceeding 60 [HOURS] is reduced by 1% every month.
Example: if I arrive at the end of the month with 110 [HOURS] on the account, then I start the new month with
110-(110-60)x0,01= 109,5 [HOURS]
It is a small elimination that stimulates circulation and regulates purchasing power over time

How to transfer my account to a new mobile phone?

The following procedure exports your account and at the same time deletes it from your old mobile
go to → Menu → Backup → Export → Confirm and take note of the code.
Now install the APP. "TimeWallet" on the new mobile then
go to → Menu → Backup → Import, enter the saved code and confirm
