Titrio Focus helps people aged 9+ record what happens between appointments, so they can prepare clearer notes and questions for their next ADHD medication review.
A quick daily check-in can help you remember changes in:
• focus and getting started
• mood, sleep, appetite, energy and productivity
• benefits and possible side effects
• medication timing and clinician-advised dose changes
• food, hydration, stress, illness, caffeine and other context
• blood pressure, pulse and weight, if your clinician has asked you to record them
You can also:
• look back across days and weeks
• prepare an editable review summary
• export your records whenever you choose
