Flow is a state of mind - a state of relaxed awareness, in which a person is completely immersed in what he or she is doing, highly concentrated and at the same time feeling great inner clarity, calm and happiness. The TLEX FLOW App is your partner to achieve that state of mind! It offers you guidance as well as tools to apply in your workplace and in your daily life. The App is designed to reduce your stress, increase your awareness, improve your mental health, and help boost your productivity.

TLEX FLOW has been conceptualized and created by TLEX trainers who train leaders in corporate, academia, and not-for-profit organizations, who are practitioners of mindfulness for two decades. The guidance and tips in the App come from our trainers’ collective experience and wisdom that is a result of walking the talk.
