Every block screen offers two choices: close it, or use the app. Closing takes one tap. Opening takes a moment of effort. That small gap is where most habitual opens end.

Deep Breath, Type a Phrase, Second Thought, or Math Problem. Premium adds Speak on Camera and Speak Out Loud, where you read a short sentence to yourself. Speech recognition runs on your iPhone, and nothing is recorded.

◆ Unlock for Minutes, Not for Good
Choose 1 to 30 minutes and a reason for opening. A Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island counts down the time. When it ends, the app is blocked again.

◆ Cooldown
After you unlock one app, every locked app stays locked for a cooldown you set. One "just a minute" doesn't turn into three.

◆ Deep Focus (Premium)
Set the hours and weekdays when locked apps can't be opened at all, not even with a challenge. Study time, work hours, or the hour before bed.

◆ Block Websites Completely
Add a domain and it stays blocked in Safari. No challenge, no timer.

◆ See What Changed
The History tab counts how often you closed the block screen versus how often you opened an app, by day, week, and month, along with the reasons you picked.

◆ Built on Apple's Screen Time
Tomari uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to block apps. Your app list, records, and reasons stay on your iPhone. There is no account and no server.
