We strive to make Toothie available 24/7, 365 days a year, with the exception of unforeseen or planned maintenance outages in the form of maintenance, so that you can log into your user account and access your information at any time. However, you can only put yourself in the drop-in queue for consultation during the times specified in your Toothie app and on the Website.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
