Topograf: Land & Parcel Map

Topograf is a professional mobile GIS, cadastral parcel lookup (TKGM ada/parsel), and GPS land area measurement application designed for real estate professionals, surveyors, engineers, landowners, and field researchers.

Whether you need to look up property boundaries across Türkiye, inspect active seismic fault lines and zoning overlays, measure agricultural plots with GPS, or generate client-ready PDF parcel dossiers, Topograf combines precision mapping tools in one intuitive interface.

KEY CAPABILITIES

1. CADASTRAL PARCEL LOOKUP (TÜRKİYE TKGM ADA / PARSEL)
• Search parcels by Province, District, Neighbourhood, Block (Ada), and Parcel (Parsel) number or tap directly on the map.
• Inspect official parcel geometry, area (m², dönüm, hectares, acres), perimeter, sheet (pafta) reference, and corner coordinates.
• View adjacent neighbour parcels instantly and compare up to 3 parcels side by side.

2. PRECISION GPS LAND AREA & DISTANCE MEASUREMENT
• Measure land polygons, farm fields, and perimeter distances by tapping on the map or walking the boundary with real-time GPS tracking.
• Calculate area in square metres (m²), dönüm (decare), hectares, and acres with live vertex editing.

3. SEISMIC FAULT LINES, GEOLOGY & ZONING OVERLAYS
• Overlay MTA active fault lines, landslide zones, and geological formations directly over property boundaries.
• Inspect municipal zoning layers (including İBB E-Plan integration in supported areas) and AI-assisted planning summaries.
• Analyse proximity to nearby infrastructure, schools, hospitals, and transit points.

4. MULTI-ENGINE MAPS, 3D TERRAIN & OFFLINE FIELD MODE
• Switch seamlessly between high-resolution Satellite, Hybrid, Terrain, and Standard map basemaps.
• Use built-in Street View, digital compass, altimeter, and coordinate converters (WGS84 / DMS / UTM).
• Download offline map regions for reliable navigation and surveying in remote rural areas without cellular coverage.

5. PROFESSIONAL PDF DOSSIERS & GIS INTEROPERABILITY (KML / KMZ / GPX)
• Generate multi-template PDF property reports complete with satellite maps, boundary dimensions, and coordinate tables.
• Import and export KML, KMZ, GPX, and GeoJSON files for seamless workflows with desktop GIS and CAD software.
• Capture geotagged field waypoints with photos and share deep links with clients or team members.
