Toughness Trainer

This app is for personal remote coaching of young athletes and youth sport coaches. For athletes trying to improve their mental game in order to reach their goals. (earning a college scholarship, becoming a sponsored player, making a national team, etc). Use this personal coaching app to become a mentally tough athlete. Someone who is confident, calm and clutch under pressure, who competes hard, knows how to deal with failure moments, is coachable, & excels on the field and in life. They do all of this while also being good teammates.

Learn how to increase confidence, enhance motivation, manage nerves, eliminate fear of failure and perfectionism and deal with hard feedback, and build a personalized performance plan to help you make the varsity team, get recruited to play in college, become a ranked player, get a sponsorship, make a national team or whatever your athletic goals are.

This app also helps parents and coaches of youth sport athletes learn how to best support their kid/elite athlete navigate this journey. Learn how to give feedback, process tough games, have appropriate expectations and standards and how to be a parent that college coaches want to deal with. For coaches learn how to facilitate mental toughness, confidence and resilience during practice and games. Discover the process for embedding mental skills into your practices and get coaching and feedback to help you do it.

This app builds on positive psychology, mindfulness, positive coaching and sport psychology research to help you become the best ballplayer you can be and to do it with joy.

Inside the app you will also gain access to a support network and community of fellow athletes and parents dealing with similar challenges and struggles. Learn from peers and expert coaches to improve your mindset and approach to playing sports at an elite level. Share your successes and struggles with other athletes and parents and develop connections.

Complete specific challenges or get access to all content via a monthly subscription. Receive push notifications to complete daily lessons and activities, be held accountable for your goals and deliberate practice plans and use the "Ask the Expert" feature to get answers to your questions.

Free plan(s) - available to subscribe free of charge.

Subscription based plan(s) - a recurring payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
