Trade Ninja 2.0

Trade Ninja is a basic stock trading simulation app that is ideal for anyone who is interested in purchasing stocks, holding them, and seeing how they perform without using real money.

Upon account creation you are endowed with $100,000 which you will use to acquire shares for your portfolio. Head to the Trade tab where you can place your order using Finnhub's stock quote API. Your holdings are located in the Stash tab where you can see how you invested.

Click Market Value to get a brief analysis of each of your holdings and see if there is a change in value. The analysis can be used to determine if it's time to cash out or cut some losses.

You are able to search your trading activity via the Activity tab. Lastly check out your cash balance to see how you compare to other users on the app via the Community tab.

This is a free stock simulator which does not use real money, therefore there are a few things to note.

Finnhub's API allows for 60 calls in a minute.When using the trading form you may notice the ticker may pull the correct trading price but not the correct description. This is fine and no need to worry. The purpose of the app is to pick stock prices that will help you grow the $100,000 endowment.
