Trades Work Order

Trades Work Order is a plain, no-nonsense job record for tradespeople. Write up the work while you are still on site — no signal, no account, no paperwork to catch up on later.

NO SIGNAL, NO ACCOUNT
• Everything is stored on this iPhone or iPad. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no login, no subscription and no ads.
• Works in a basement, a crawl space or out in the country.

WRITE UP THE JOB
• Customer and site address, or pick someone you have worked for before
• Work items with hours, so the total labour adds up on its own
• Overall description plus field notes for the surprises you find on site
• Status at a glance: scheduled, in progress or completed

SITE PHOTOS AND MARKUP
• Take photos with the camera or pick them from the photo library
• Mark up the damage before you start, and the finished work when you are done
• The markup is kept alongside the original photo, so nothing is lost

CUSTOMER SIGN-OFF
• Hand the device over and let the customer sign with a finger
• The signature is stored with the job and printed on the report
• Optional: a job never needs a signature to be finished or shared

REPORTS AND BACKUP
