Training Today brings readiness and training together for triathletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers. Your Readiness to Train (RTT) score uses HRV readings from Apple Health and your personal baseline to help you decide when to push, keep steady or take it easy.

Share readiness and health metrics with TrainingPeaks, with optional daily sync. Upload completed workouts separately from Workout Analytics after granting workout-upload access.
Send supported cycling workouts to ROUVY. Choose power targets when configured, or free ride with heart-rate cues. Connected accounts and the relevant permissions are required.

SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE
Review recorded activities, readiness and HRV history. Use sleep context, Activity Intensity Score and Overall Fitness Index (OFI) trends to better understand your training. OFI is a personal HRV-based trend indicator, not a direct measurement of performance or VO2 max.

Training Today needs suitable Apple Health data to calculate readiness. Wear a compatible Apple Watch regularly, including overnight, and allow access to the health data you want to use. Watch workouts and other features depend on compatible devices and software.
