Point your iPhone at a train number. On-device text recognition reads UIC / NVR codes, parses their parts, and helps you find the vehicle type, country, operator, and model when it’s in the catalog.

Scan and recognize

• Scan a UIC / vehicle number with the camera or from a photo
• Parse vehicle type, country code, series, ordinal number, and check digit
• Validate check digits and review or correct recognized text
• Use image processing to help with difficult photos

• Look up the operator and country from the vehicle number
• Find a model or class in the train catalog, such as Siemens Vectron, ICE 4, or Talent 2
