- Pulse: focus your attention on a regular wrist-tapping pattern
- Tone: listen to a one-minute 100 Hz tone on iPhone through headphones at everyday volume
- Press: follow a wrist-point guide and a three-minute timer while you apply pressure with your own thumb or an existing band

The paid upgrade adds longer sessions, full history, custom rhythm and level, and Press reminders. Start free and decide whether you want more time or detail.

These are drug-free comfort techniques, not a medical device or a treatment for motion sickness. Wrist taps are not acupressure or electrical nerve stimulation. The app has no medical clearance, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and may not change how you feel. If symptoms are severe, persistent, accompanied by other symptoms, or you cannot keep fluids down, seek medical advice. In pregnancy, inability to keep fluids down needs a midwife or doctor, not an app.

Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or after an eligible trial. If you are not eligible, Apple charges at confirmation. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends.
