Triple Health Log is a completely offline manual log for blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids. It keeps real readings from your own monitor or lab report together on one clear timeline.

The core features are free forever, sign-in is entirely optional, and every health feature remains available offline. The account uses only an email address and user ID. With cloud sync off, blood pressure, glucose, lipids, notes, targets, reminders, and reports stay only on this device and are never uploaded. With cloud sync on (requires sign-in and a SanGao Pro subscription), your health records are transmitted encrypted and backed up to your account for multi-device sync and device transfer; you can turn it off anytime, and deleting the account deletes the cloud data. The app contains no ads, analytics, tracking, or HealthKit connection.
