Tripzen Partner

Tripzen Conductor is the official app for bus conductors and partners on the Tripzen network. Manage your assigned trips, share your live location with booked passengers, sell tickets, and handle bookings — all from your phone.

Designed for the people who run the route, Tripzen Conductor keeps your trips organised and your passengers informed in real time.

KEY FEATURES

• Live trip tracking — Share your bus position with booked passengers in real time so they always know where the bus is and when it will arrive.

• Trip management — See every trip assigned to you, with departure times, routes, and passenger details in one place.

• Passenger list — View who's booked on each trip, check seat assignments, and manage bookings on the go.

• Sell tickets — Sell seats directly from the app for counter and walk-up passengers, including agent bookings.

• Manage bookings — Cancel a booking or change a passenger's seat number, with automatic conflict checks so two passengers never share a seat.

• Instant notifications — Get notified the moment a new trip is assigned, when a trip is starting soon, and when a passenger books or cancels a seat on your trip.

LOCATION USE

Tripzen Conductor uses your location while a trip is in progress to share the live bus position with booked passengers — even when the app is in the background or your phone is locked. Tracking starts when you begin a trip and stops automatically when you end it. Location is shared only with Tripzen and the passengers booked on your trip.
