Trophikos

Trophikos keeps your recipes, cocktails, and cooking history together.

Save recipes from websites, Safari, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, photos, PDFs, cookbooks, and other recipe apps. Or create your own from scratch.

Then log what happened when you made them.

Add a recipe log entry with the date, a rating, finished photo, notes about what you changed, and an optional voice note. The next time you return, you can see what worked, what did not, and what you wanted to try differently.

SAVE AND ORGANIZE

- Import from websites, Safari, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, photos, PDFs, and supported recipe apps
- Keep recipes and cocktails together
- Organize with collections, tags, favorites, photos, and search
- Mark recipes you Want to Make and find them in one place
- Preserve source links and personal notes

LOG WHAT YOU MADE

- Add a log entry every time you cook or mix something
- Record the date, rating, photos, notes, and voice notes transcribed on your device
- Keep track of changes and ideas for next time
- See earlier versions of a recipe and which one you used each time
- Build a cooking history around every recipe and cocktail

USE IT WHILE YOU COOK

- Scale ingredient amounts
- Check off ingredients and steps
- Use built-in timers, with your screen kept awake in Cook Mode
- Ask Siri for ingredients, steps, and cooking times
- Access your collection across Apple devices

Your collection stays local by default, has no social feed, and doesn't require an account. Your recipes are not locked into a proprietary service and can be exported for use elsewhere at any time.

Premium adds optional iCloud sync, custom themes, the Apple TV companion app, and removes the app recommendation banner.

Keep a record of what you made, how it turned out, and what to try next.
