Our workouts consist of little movements that result in BIG changes. Our knowledgeable staff will keep your body and mind challenged, connected and motivated. No two classes are ever the same, so you will never plateau or get bored by your workout. Whether you are new to pilates or an advanced practitioner we offer classes to accommodate every experience level. Our pilates reformer classes are held with a max of 6 students allowing the teacher to give individual attention and modify for your body and fitness level. At TrueNorth we are an all encompassing fitness facility, as well as Pilates reformer classes we we also offer, Mat Pilates, Spring Board Classes, Barre and nutrition coaching.
