I am a 1-2-1 personal trainer and online fitness coach based in the UK. I’ve had a passion for sports, health, and fitness for many years. I made my first steps in the gym when I was 13 years old and I haven't stopped since. I have developed a massive passion for exercise, biomechanics, human biology, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, psychology, and more. I have developed in-depth knowledge of all the above subjects over the years. This allows me to pick the most optimal tools for achieving health and fitness goals.
