Turf: Landscape Invoice Quotes

Turf is an invoice, estimate, and quote app made for landscapers, lawn care operators, gardeners, irrigation installers, and outdoor service professionals.

Create professional customer documents from your iPhone or iPad. Start with an editable landscaping job preset, adjust the scope and your local prices, add clear terms, then preview and share a polished PDF.

ACCOUNT AND AUTOMATIC BACKUP

An account is required to use Turf. Sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. When an existing user updates, Turf preserves the invoices and quotes already on the device and backs them up to the account they choose. Invoices, quotes, business details, presets, terms, and Trash history then synchronize automatically to that account through Firebase.

LANDSCAPING JOB PRESETS

Build documents faster with editable starting points for weekly lawn maintenance, spring and fall cleanup, mulch installation, planting beds, shrub pruning, sod installation, irrigation inspection and repair, paver patios, and general crew work. Presets do not set prices for you; add the rates that fit your business.

INVOICES, ESTIMATES, AND QUOTES

• Build itemized quotes and invoices
• Add customer and service addresses
• Add labor, materials, equipment, and custom services
• Set issue, due, and quote-validity dates
• Add tax, customer-facing notes, private notes, and document terms
• Preview, print, save, and share professional PDFs
• Record signed or manual quote approval
• Convert an approved quote into an invoice without re-entering details
• Track draft, sent, accepted, declined, converted, paid, and overdue work

LANDSCAPING TERMS

Insert and edit reusable clauses for scope, site access, hidden conditions, underground utilities, weather and scheduling, watering and aftercare, plant material, irrigation, change orders, cleanup, warranty, and payment.

BUSINESS SETTINGS AND REUSABLE CATALOGS

Set your business details, currency, tax label, default notes, job presets, reusable line items, local rates, and terms. Deleted documents remain recoverable in Trash until you permanently delete them.

EARNINGS AND QUOTE REPORTS

View paid and unpaid invoice totals, review pending and missed quote values, filter by date range, and export invoice and quote reports to Excel.

FREE AND PRO

The free plan lets you create up to 10 total invoices and quotes. Turf Pro monthly or annual subscriptions unlock unlimited document creation. Restore eligible App Store purchases from the subscription screen.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
