Tutti Agent

Tutti is your assistant for quotes, invoices, payments and customers. Talk to it like a colleague and it does the paperwork.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Create a quote in a minute: tell Tutti who it is for and what the job is, or pick the customer and the services with a tap.
• Send the PDF to the customer over WhatsApp from the app.
• Turn an approved quote into an invoice and record the payment.
• See at a glance which quotes are drafts, confirmed, invoiced or paid.
• Keep your customers at hand: what they owe, their details, their history.
• Edit quantities, prices and items of a quote directly, or ask Tutti to make the change.
• Voice notes: describe the job while you are on site.
• Reminders: "remind me to call Ana tomorrow".

WHO IT IS FOR
Self-employed tradespeople and small service businesses: renovations, installations, painting, maintenance, distribution… If you write quotes by hand or in a spreadsheet today, Tutti gives you that time back.

HOW IT WORKS
Sign in with your WhatsApp number. Your quotes, invoices and customers live in your own management system, and the app and the WhatsApp chat share the same conversation, so you can keep talking to Tutti wherever you prefer.
