Twice A Day

**Stop breaking promises to yourself.**

Twice A Day is a simple accountability system designed to help you follow through on what you say you’re going to do.

Most productivity apps help you make plans. Twice A Day helps you keep them.

The system is simple:

**1. Plan what matters**
Choose a few important tasks you can realistically complete today. Your plan stays editable until it’s time to commit.

**2. Commit at the start of your day**
Lock in your tasks during your commitment window. Once committed, they can’t be changed, deleted, or rescheduled.

Because a plan you can rewrite whenever things get difficult isn’t much of a commitment.

**3. Follow through**
Complete the work you promised yourself you would do. No endlessly moving unfinished tasks to tomorrow. No changing the goal after the fact.

**4. Reflect at the end of your day**
Review what you completed, acknowledge what you didn’t, and understand why. Reflection helps you improve without making excuses or beating yourself up.

Over time, Twice A Day helps you:

• Build self-trust
• Make more realistic commitments
• Stop overplanning and under-executing
• Recognize the patterns holding you back
• Stay accountable without relying on motivation
• Measure how consistently you follow through

Twice A Day isn’t about doing as much as possible.

It’s about deciding what matters, making a promise to yourself, and keeping it.

**Plan. Commit. Execute. Reflect.**

Check in twice a day. Follow through on your life.
