Description by Hosung Hwang(from the App Store)
TwoLens records the same moment from two angles at the same time: a wide shot and a close-up, in a single take.
Set your phone up once and press record. Two rear lenses run together, so the whole scene and the close detail land in the same seconds, already lined up. On a phone with one rear lens the close-up is cropped from a 4K frame instead, so you still get both.
CHOOSE WHAT COMES OUT • Both: two angle files plus one combined video • Combined: a single video with the angles side by side, lightest on storage • Separate: one file per angle, ready to arrange in an editor • Every file starts at the same timecode and drops straight onto a timeline
SELFIE IN TWO ANGLES • The front camera gives a full shot and a close-up together
TWENTY FILM LOOKS • Film looks with strength and brightness you set for each one • Preview chips show every look on the same sample before you record
MADE NOT TO LOSE YOUR TAKE • When the phone runs hot the frame rate steps down instead of stopping • A call, or switching to another app, finishes and saves the files • An interrupted recording is recovered the next time you open the app • Storage is checked before recording and while it runs
Recording and processing happen on your device, and your videos stay on this phone unless you share them yourself. No account is needed and recording works without a network connection. The app sends anonymous usage and performance statistics so we can improve it.
Start with 1 hour of recording in total, and saving one file per angle stays open after that.
