Tyto: Team Jobs & Hours

See your team's whole day, live.

Tyto shows every person on your team, the job they're on, and how long it's taking — without ringing round to find out. Open it between jobs and you know exactly where the day stands.

RUN YOUR TEAM FROM YOUR PHONE

• See who's on what, right now.
Every teammate, the task they're busy with, and the time on the clock. One screen, no phone calls.

• Tap a task and Tyto times it.
Start a job, put your phone down, come back. The hours land on the task — nothing to write up on Friday.

• Know what a job actually cost.
Time booked against time taken, on every task and every job. Quote the next one from what the last one really took.

• Every client, every job, one place.
Projects hold the tasks, the photos, the files and the conversation. Nothing stuck in somebody's inbox.

• Snap a photo, filed in two seconds.
Camera straight to the job — the damage, the part, the receipt, wherever you are.

• Keep updates on the job, not in a group chat.
Message the team or one person with the job attached. Built-in voice and video calls when typing won't do.

BUILT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

Trades, agencies, salons, studios, accountants, property and facilities teams — anyone running a handful of people across more jobs than fit in their head.

Tasks, projects, chat, calls and time tracking. One app, one login, the whole team.

THE THINGS YOU'LL NOTICE EVERY DAY

• Works on bad signal — everything caches on your phone and syncs when you're back
• Dark mode that follows your phone
• Drag to reorder your day
• Pin the things you must not forget
• A daily score and leaderboard, if your team likes a bit of competition
