The Ultimateinstability app contains:
- The UI-community, an online gathering place for professionals where ideas can be spread and discussed - 2000+ 3D animated exercises which you can use to create your own workouts and programs - Pre-build workout programs with the Aquabags, Aquaballs and our Hydrovest
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you get access to this application, you have to create your personal account for the Ultimateinstability app (This account is completely independent of the account you used on our website).
