Uncle's Pills is a shared medication tracker for families.

One household, one list. Add the people you care for — yourself, your kids, your parents — and every medication they take. Anyone in the family sees the same up-to-date list on their own phone, takes their dose, and ticks it off. The next person who opens the app sees that it has been taken.

WHO IT IS FOR

Uncle's Pills is built for households where more than one person needs to know what medication has been taken today. Parents managing a child's antibiotics. Adult children helping aging parents stay on a multi-drug schedule. Couples coordinating two sets of prescriptions. Anyone who has ever stared at a pill organizer wondering whether the Tuesday slot is empty because it was taken or because it was forgotten.

CORE FEATURES

A single shared list per family. Create a family, invite the people who help you with medication via a QR code or share link, and you all see the same data.

People, not just pills. Each medication is assigned to a person in the family, with their name and color, so the day view tells you at a glance who still has doses outstanding.

AI medicine-bag scan. Point the camera at a pharmacy bag or prescription label, and Gemini reads the medication name, dosage, schedule, and quantity into a draft entry for you. You review and save. Bring your own free Google AI Studio key — your key stays on your device, and photos go straight from your phone to Google's Gemini API.

Flexible schedules. Time-of-day slots (morning, noon, evening, night), specific clock times, every-N-hours, or "as needed".

Pill boxes. Group medications into named compartments — Mom's morning box, the weekly Sunday refill — that match the physical pill organizer on your counter.

Dose log. Every tap is recorded with timestamp and who took it.

Multi-family. One account can belong to several families. Switch in Settings.

Trilingual. English, Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), and Simplified Chinese (简体中文).

WHAT WE STORE AND WHERE

Your family's data lives in Google Firebase, in a private workspace shared only with the family members you invite. Sign-in uses your Apple ID, your Google account, or your phone number. We do not run our own account servers. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.

The AI feature is opt-in and uses your own Google AI Studio key. If you do not configure a key, the app does not send any data to Gemini.

WHAT UNCLE'S PILLS IS NOT

Uncle's Pills is not a pharmacy. It does not order refills, contact your doctor, or connect to any health system. It is a tracker — you tell it what you are taking, and it remembers for you and your family. It is not medical advice; always follow your prescribing clinician's instructions.

GETTING STARTED

Sign in, create a family, add the people you care for, and add their medications — by typing them in or by scanning the bag. Generate an invite code and share it with the people who help you.
