UniGenie

UniGenie is the only scheduling software designed specifically for university students, and university students’ needs. Other scheduling software are configured for business needs, being overly complex and unfit for purpose for the daily university world of students, and the precise problems that students face.

If you are a student, then you know just how difficult it is, when it comes to finding a free time to meet other students on your course for group work tasks each week (to name but one of many student scheduling issues).

With different modules, different courses, different years, bi-weekly seminars & lectures - along with non-academic university commitments - all scrambling every student’s timetable, it is therefore no surprise that trying to find a free time when 4-6 students can all meet together, is incredibly difficult.

However, with UniGenie, all of this is solved - UniGenie knows the times when a group of students are collectively free to meet!

By harnessing UniGenie’s magic, you will enjoy the following colossal benefits in your university life:

1) ACHIEVE BETTER GROUP WORK GRADES – All group members will now be able to attend every group meeting, meaning no more missing members due to unsuitable meeting times. Better discussions will ensue as a result, meaning better ideas produced. Further still, less workload disparity will mean a better group morale and higher productivity - group work grades will increase as a result, therefore improving your overall degree grade!

2) IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH BY REDUCING WEEKLY STRESS – As your group can now easily see the times when you can all meet for group work, this will remove the stress inducing effort and painstaking frustration of back and forth dialogue, on a general group chat trying to find out when everybody is free to meet each week!

3) HAVE A BETTER CONNECTED UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE – Besides its academic benefits, UniGenie also enhances students’ social experience at university too. With UniGenie, you can now better connect with other students. For example, UniGenie can tell you when you can meet for a coffee with other students you meet, or hang out in general. By making this easier, you are more likely to make friends and be happier at university overall – reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness that can be commonplace when moving away from home. Furthermore, UniGenie also facilitates the smoother running of societies. As committee members often struggle to find a convenient time for all members of a committee to meet, society events and socials can often suffer. With UniGenie, however, all committee members will be able to attend all meetings - meaning better organised social events, and a better social life for students on the whole. This goes for sports trainings too – captains can now finally know when the best times to train are, so that most players can attend and won’t be double booked with lectures and seminars etc.

The most bespoke scheduling software for university students - UniGenie is your new best friend.

Simply enter your Uni timetable into My Schedule, Create a LinkUp and add your group members. The Group Availability tab will then tell you the times when you are collectively free to meet. Unlike other scheduling software, there is no manually scouring through other peoples’ calendars or having to share
your availability - UniGenie does the hard work for you, working off your uni timetable!

Tailoring to student needs further, if a group member goes home one week, simply use the Mute function to disregard that student’s timetable. Use UniChats’ functionality to chit chat and discuss your meeting time/location, then the admin of the LinkUp (LinkUp creator) can select your chosen meeting time for everybody to see it in the Meeting Time tab.

Wow. You’ve just made your university life more productive, less stressful and even more fun!
