The UNITY Information Network’s Community Tool is an informational guide of community organizations; non-profits, faith based, and governmental offices, involved in the Tampa/Hillsborough County Continuum of Care and providing social services. The information contained within includes; the organization’s contact person, address, phone numbers, web address, fees, eligibility requirements, services provided, and more. The UNITY Information Network, on behalf of the Tampa/Hillsborough County Continuum of Care, provides this information as a public service and attempts to include accurate and up to date information on included organizations, but we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information.
