Unprompt is a retro calendar that makes visible what you never see. Measured, never judged: no blocking, no lecturing, no imposed goal. You see, you check, you choose.

YOUR MILESTONES
Counts, not prizes. 62 steps in seven families: measure, usage, water, less personal use, tools, setup, together. A milestone says what was measured, never whether it's too much. Every step you reach shares as a card, and a fully checked month offers itself.

NOTHING TO COUNT
• On iPhone, you check your AI apps once, and Screen Time counts for you
• On Mac, Unprompt for Mac reads the local logs of your AI coding tools and watches your desktop AI apps
