Unread: Phone Detective

Her family sent you her phone. The police have given up. The truth is still on the screen.

Unread is a true-crime detective game played entirely inside a recovered phone. Read her last texts. Dig through photos, voicemails, notes, and a locked vault app. Forward the evidence that matters to a group chat, where the people in her life react, argue, and let things slip. Crack the passcodes. Piece the timeline back together. Then name what happened.

Every case ends with a single accusation across six axes: who, what, when, where, how, and why. One shot. Build a theory that holds up in court, or watch a guilty person walk.

WHAT YOU DO
- Read a real-feeling phone: messages, photos, calls, browser history, calendar, and a vault you have to unlock.
- Forward clues to a living case chat. Key evidence unlocks hidden leads.
- Work the gate ladder: locked apps, real codes, threads you have to find.
- Make a six-axis accusation for a graded verdict. No takebacks.
- A new full case every week, plus a quick Daily Suspect every day.
- Start free: the tutorial case and the first full case are yours, free, forever.

Unread is fiction. The people, the cases, and the phones are invented. The doubt feels real.
