Unrotten - Screen Time Control

Scrolling eats your days and ambitions. Unrotten wins back the hours lost to doomscrolling and trades them for your goals, bringing back calm, time and your true potential.

Every reel and every "just five more minutes" adds up. Unrotten shows you what the feed is costing you, locks it before it wins, and gives you an AI Coach who keeps you going until the book is read, the run is done and your evenings are yours again.

A COACH WHO KNOWS YOUR DAY
Your AI Coach texts like a real person. It knows your sleep, your scroll and your goals. It greets you each morning, checks in on the plans you make, and taps you on the shoulder when the scroll runs long.

PICK THE COACH THAT GETS YOU
Wise and warm, calm and stoic, or a Drill Sergeant who won't let you off the hook. Need a real kick? Switch on Savage mode and get roasted, but never when you're down.

MEET MINDBATTERY™
Your mind's charge, in one number. Scrolling drains it. Living recharges it.
• Watch it drop with every minute on the apps you choose
• Fill it back up with sleep, movement, breathing and time away
• Check it at a glance on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and in your Home Screen widgets

SHIELDS DO THE HARD PART
Willpower runs out. Shields don't.
• A daily limit that locks the feed the moment you hit it
• Breaks that cut endless sessions short
• Hours of the day that stay yours, with the feed locked out
• Phone-free sessions for deep work, focus or reading

TRADE THE FEED FOR YOUR GOALS
Unrotten comes with nine built-in goals, so there's one for everyone: less scrolling, shorter scroll sessions, calmer evenings, mornings for yourself, better sleep, more movement and more. Turn on the ones that matter to you and watch the good days add up.

WIN BACK DAYS OF YOUR LIFE
Insights shows every hour you take back from the feed, what it's worth, and how each goal is going, day by day.
