Overview: A caretaker/caregiver is someone who offers enormous social worth by caring and unfailingly assumes the responsibility for health and safety of residents.

urProvider lets caretaker /caregiver to go about their duty to make sure the residents are getting the best possible care. It is a smart health monitoring application that allows a caretaker/caregiver to provide compassionate care and personalised eldercare services while the kin or relatives are notified of each healthcare events of their loved ones.

Features
• Add Patient: Using this feature, a caretaker can create a short profile of a resident or patient, which can be further modified by an administrator by going to the ‘Resident’ tab from the web portal.
• Add Event / Alert / Appointment: Using this feature, a caretaker can add an event, alert or an appointment and assign it to a resident or a group of residents.
• Assign Diet: Using this feature, a caretaker can assign a meal plan to a resident or a group of residents based on the care requirements.
• View / Add Health Vitals: Using this feature, a caretaker can enter details of health vitals manually of a particular resident.
• View / Add Medicines: Using this feature, a caretaker can enter details of medicines that have been prescribed to a resident.
• View / Add Vital Limits: Using this feature, a caretaker can set the limits for health vitals of a resident/patient and receive alert notification when the limits are violated.
• Text/Video chat with care team members and patients
