typed or spoken words into draft symptom entries and questions. You review, edit, and confirm before saving.

Track symptoms, including episodes that are still going on. Keep medication lists, dose records, reminders, allergies,
and questions alongside sleep, mood, food, water, and vitals.

Store documents in the same app, and optionally connect Apple Health for supported health information. Find a past entry
and open the saved record when you need the details.
