Vault & Notes

Vault & Notes gives you a private, protected space on your iPhone for the photos, videos and files you'd rather keep to yourself, plus a simple notes app you'll use every day.

Everything stays on your device. No account to create, no cloud upload, no ads and no tracking.

A PRIVATE VAULT
• Locked behind Face ID or your own passcode
• Custom passcode from 4 to 15 characters, letters or numbers
• Your passcode is stored in the device Keychain, never in plain text
• The vault locks itself the moment you leave the app
• Open it by tapping the account icon in the top-left of the Notes screen

KEEP ANYTHING PRIVATE
• Photos and videos
• PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text files and more
• Real document previews so you can spot the right file at a glance
• Import straight from your Photo Library or the Files app
• Capture new photos and videos with the built-in camera. They save directly into your vault and never touch your camera roll
• Export or share any item back to your Photos library whenever you choose

STAY ORGANISED
• Create folders, and folders inside folders
• Switch between icon and list views
• Rename files and folders
• Move items between folders
• Full-screen photo viewer, smooth video player with speed control and loop, including document preview
• Share items using the standard iOS share style

A SAFETY NET
• Deleted items go to a Recycle Bin rather than disappearing
• Restore items straight back to the folder they came from
• Empty the bin when you're ready to remove things permanently

PASSCODE RECOVERY, WITHOUT THE CLOUD
• Register a recovery email and get a unique recovery code during setup
• Forgotten your passcode? Reset it using your email and saved code
• Works entirely on your device, no servers, nothing sent anywhere

NOTES, READY WHEN YOU ARE
• Write notes, lists and reminders in a clean, distraction-free editor
• Create, edit and delete notes with automatic saving as you type
• Search all your notes instantly
• Your most recently edited notes stay at the top
• Colour-coded note cards make everything easy to scan

MADE YOUR WAY
• Light, Dark or System appearance
• Fast, simple and familiar to use

PRIVACY FIRST
This app does not collect your data. No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your files and notes never leave your device unless you choose to share or export them yourself.

Because everything is stored locally, you stay in complete control. Deleting an item removes it from your device, and emptying the Recycle Bin removes it for good.

WHY VAULT & NOTES?
We all have personal photos, private documents and moments we'd rather not have on display when someone borrows our phone. Vault & Notes keeps them protected, organised and accessible only to you, while giving you a genuinely useful notes app for everyday jotting.

Download Vault & Notes and keep your private moments private.
