Türkiye Kamu Hastaneleri Kurumu'nun 19.07.2013 tarih ve 3161 sayılı "Klinik Mühendislik Hizmetleri" konulu yazısı ile, 01.07.2013 tarih ve 2013/09 sayılı "Stok Yönetimi ve Taşınır Mal Uygulamaları" konulu genelgesi ile ve 20.09.2013 tarih ve 80981279 nolu "Klinik Mühendislik Bilgi Yönetim Sistemleri" konulu yazısı ile uyumludur.
Sağlık tesislerinde kullanılmakta olan HBYS'ler ile entegrasyonu zorunlu değildir. Sağlık Bakanlığı'na ait olan MKYS ile entegre olarak çalışır.
