Description by Juan Ormaechea(from the App Store)
Connect your invoicing software to VeriFactu on your Mac. VeriFactu Bridge brings imports, invoice review, issuing and tracking together, helping you spend less time on repetitive admin.
Built for freelancers, small businesses and advisers working with Spain's tax agency, AEAT, it helps you reuse data from your existing tools without entering it all again.
CONNECT YOUR SOFTWARE Receive invoices from an ERP or your own application through an authenticated local API. Or connect an exchange folder to import CSV, XLSX and JSON files, map columns and check processing results. Integration is configured using your software's exports or API workflow.
AUTOMATE INVOICE ISSUING Enable automatic issuing for new entries in the selected company and AEAT environment. Invoices that pass validation move through the issuing workflow without individual confirmation. Track queues, AEAT responses and issues in one inbox, with duplicate detection and submission retries.
IMPORT, REVIEW AND CREATE DOCUMENTS Import Excel and PDF files, use the available AI assistance or enter invoices manually. Review line items, amounts, Spanish VAT and withholding tax before issuing. Generate PDF, XML and JSON documents with fiscal QR codes, and keep track of records and responses.
MANAGE MULTIPLE COMPANIES Keep certificates and settings separate for each company. View activity indicators and invoice statuses. Configure backups with supported services to complement your document archive.
KEEP WORKING FROM THE MENU BAR Leave the app running with its window closed, pause or resume automation and spot issues: red for errors and yellow for invoices accepted with errors. Enable launch at login on macOS 13 or later. The interface includes Liquid Glass controls on macOS 26 or later.
Automatic issuing requires prior activation and processes the active company's new entries; warnings and errors need review. AEAT submissions require an internet connection and a valid certificate. The app must be running and your Mac awake; folder access must be authorised again after restarting the app. Some features require a licence, subscription, AI coins or configured external services.
Less repetitive admin. More time for your business.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
