Description by Tesoro Industries Apps(from the App Store)
Verso is a quiet, beautiful home for fan fiction — and it reads to you.
Paste a link to a public work on Archive of Our Own or Quotev — or tap Share right in Safari — and the whole story lands on your shelf: title, author, tags, and every chapter. Importing is free, always.
LISTEN • Narration reads any story aloud, with word-by-word highlighting that follows along • Keeps reading with your phone locked — play, pause, and skip 15 seconds from the lock screen • Choose your voice and speed; a sleep timer stops when you drift off • Your place is saved to the word, in every story
READ • Typography that takes long-form fiction seriously — adjustable size, margins, and line height • Scroll or page-turn mode, whichever your thumbs prefer • Light, sepia, dark, and high-contrast modes, free for everyone
NEVER MISS AN UPDATE • Verso Premium watches your works-in-progress and badges them the moment new chapters arrive • Premium also unlocks the Hush and Codex themes, in every mode
IMPORT • Fan fiction import — works with Archive of Our Own and Quotev links • Import straight from Safari: tap Share, choose Verso • One-tap import when a story link is on your clipboard • Paste any text — chapters are detected automatically • Open .txt and DRM-free EPUB files
QUIET BY DESIGN • No ads. No accounts. No tracking. • Your library lives on your device.
Verso Premium is $1.99/month, $19.99/year, or $29.99 once. Reading, narration, and importing are free forever.
Unofficial — not affiliated with the OTW (Organization for Transformative Works) or Quotev or AO3.
