Vesper: Mindful Drink Tracker

Drink mindfully and wake up feeling fine. Vesper is the one-tap way to keep an honest count of your night, see how you're tracking against your own limit, and learn how it all adds up over time.

Vesper is for people who still enjoy a drink and want to stay in control, not quit. No lectures, no guilt. Just a clear picture of tonight, and of your drinking over time.

HOW IT WORKS
Set a unit limit before you go out. Tap the big plus button each time you have a drink. Vesper keeps the count, draws a fluid gauge, and updates an estimate of what's still active as the night goes on. The first drink starts a session automatically. It closes itself quietly once the night winds down and moves to History.

YOUR LIMIT, YOUR RULES
Choose how firmly the app responds as you approach your limit:
• Relaxed: colours shift quietly, nothing nags
• Encouraging: friendly nudges as the night fills up
• Strict: stronger warnings, heavier haptics, and one deliberate confirmation past the limit

No mode ever blocks logging. Vesper records the night as it actually happened.

THE MORNING AFTER
The next day, one tap notes how the morning went: rough, okay, or good. Over time Vesper connects how you felt to how much you drank, so you learn your own tipping point instead of guessing.

INSIGHTS
See this week at a glance for free: units, nights out, and how often you stayed under your limit, with a seven-day chart. Go further with Pro: long-term trends, your heaviest weekdays, the point where nights tend to turn, and your drink-free streaks.

EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK
• Apple Watch app with a gauge and one-tap logging
• Home and Lock Screen widgets
• Live Activity and Dynamic Island
• Siri shortcuts
• Smart Stack card

Every surface shows the same session, whichever device logged the drink.

APPLE HEALTH
Opt in and your drinks are saved as alcoholic-beverage records you own. Delete a drink and the record goes too. With Pro, you can also let Vesper read your sleep and resting heart rate to show how a heavier night lands the next morning. It reads only those two, only with your permission, and works fully without any of it.

MAKE IT YOURS
Recolour the whole evening with gauge themes, from Classic gold to Sunset, Ocean, Forest, and Mono. Preview any theme for free; applying one is a Pro touch.

VESPER PRO
Tonight is always free. Logging, the gauge, the live estimate, the Watch, widgets, and the Live Activity never cost a thing. Pro is for the morning after:
• Insights: full trends, your tipping point, and Apple Health correlations
• Personalization: gauge themes, with more looks to come
• Your whole story: every night you've logged, not just the last few

THE ESTIMATE, HONESTLY
The "still active" number models steady clearance at roughly one unit per interval you set. It is deterministic and tested, but it is not blood alcohol content, and it knows nothing about your weight, food, or tonight's generous pours. It can never tell you that you're safe or fit to drive. Only time and a clear head can.
